DESCRIPTION: Introduce your little one to the joys and benefits of yoga + mindfulness in this playful family yoga class. These 45-minute sessions are designed to engage everyone (parents, tots, baby siblings) with simple 'follow the leader' movement, crafts, songs and games.

Recommended for ages 1.5 to 5 years. Parents participate with the kids. Younger siblings/infants very welcome.

$72 (inc HST) per family up to three children (a parent or guardian must participate)

$15 per family up to three children (a parent or guardian must participate)

*Drop in will be available once the series has a minimum number of participants to run. You will still need to register and pre-book the class and complete our waiver for drop-in.
