DESCRIPTION: Now offered Saturday mornings! Let’s explore the wonders of movement, mindfulness and imagination. Led by our experienced and playful instructor, Jo, your children will embark on a joyful adventure, discovering the benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

These 60-minute sessions will include yoga, songs, crafts and games. 

NEW for our children's classes: Parent(s) will be asked to stay for the first week's session only; the remaining 5-weeks, parents are welcome to stay and observe/participate, but it is not required.

The cost for our Kids’ Yoga is per child. Simply register the parent and contact the studio with the child’s (or children’s) name(s) and age(s). A 20% discount is available for the second/third/fourth etc. registration(s) in the same course by siblings. So first child is $96, second is $77, third $77, etc.  Use the ‘Let us help you register’ on our website for quick and easy registration.
