DESCRIPTION: Join Caroline and Heather for a special evening pop-up class. Weather permitting,* we will practice outside on the lawn around the fire.

Caroline will guide you into the deep release of longer-held yin yoga poses, while Heather weaves in a series of guided meditations based on the Six Perfections (Paramitas) of Mahayana Buddhism: generosity, ethical conduct, patience, diligence, meditation and wisdom.
