DESCRIPTION: Join us for a special full moon yoga class set to the beat of live handpan and djembe drumming. This all-levels class blends movement, breath, and rhythm — a chance to stretch, release, and recharge under the energy of the full moon. Guided by Heather, with live music from local musicians, Dale and Samy, this one-hour pop-up invites you to move in sync with sound, let go of stress, and enjoy something a little different.

Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime mover, come as you are and get into the groove.

This is an in person only class. No option to join by Zoom.

Cost is $21 (inc HST) or book this ‘pop-up class’ with a single Class Pass or your Stream Membership.
