Series ONE: 6 weeks (Sept 22-Oct 27)
By increasing self awareness, strength and flexibility teenagers learn to nurture themselves through positive practices, developing health and wellness habits that last a lifetime.
This 6-week course empowers teens to discover and apply the tools yoga offers, increasing coordination, strengthening courage, retaining authenticity, and mindfully navigating connection to their inner self and the world around them. 
Each week will be guided by a different theme and include a physical yoga posture practise, self-inquiry journal question (journals supplied), and mindfulness technique to apply in the week ahead.
Teens of all athletic abilities and goals are warmly welcome into this creative and thoughtfully curated yoga course.
