Join us for a deeply relaxing 2-hour practice. We'll start with 60 mins of Yin Yoga to concentrate your mind, stimulate circulation, improve flexibility and joint mobility. We'll end with 60 mins of guided Yoga Nidra to reset your nervous system and boost creativity, intuition and healing.
