Mindfulness is the practice of attending fully to our moment-by-moment experience with curiosity and care. Training in mindfulness is not just a great hack to improve mental focus and well-being. When combined with insight, it has the power to transform our whole outlook on life.

Join us for this 6-week beginner series to learn and gain confidence with meditation and mindfulness practices. The course is also suitable for experienced meditators looking to revisit the foundations and establish a more regular practice.
