Gather with other moms-to-be for an hour of mindful movement. Yoga during pregnancy can: improve your sleep; reduce stress and anxiety; increase strength, flexibility and endurance; and reduce lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.

Prenatal Yoga is offered on every other Saturday only.
