These playful, 30-minute sessions focus on joint-specific mobility and strength training that enhance range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Whether your goal is improved performance in the gym, on the yoga mat, or you just want to move with more ease and less pain in your daily life, these classes are for you. All skill levels are welcome. 

Suggested yoga props - 1 yoga mat, 2 wooden or cork blocks, 1-2 yoga blankets, 1 yoga strap, and a sturdy chair of any kind. We&amp;#039;ll be moving around quite a bit. Clear some space or be near a hallway.

Suggested strength building props - resistance bands and resistance band loops.
