Description
The Mysore style class is a space of self-practice, self-discovery and self-inquiry within the frame of the Ashtanga yoga method.
During the class, the students will practice at their own pace and according to their personal needs.
The teacher is there to hold the space for each student and support any level of practice with specific hands-on adjustments.
Beginner students are very much welcome to start their Ashtanga Yoga journey in the Mysore style setting. No previous experience in the field of yoga is required, neither a specific level of flexibility but the curiosity to discover new ways to move the body, to awaken its potential and its unexpected resources through the breath.

The room is open from 6 to 9 am and the students are free to join at any time suits them best, according to the length of their practice and the energy/needs of the day.

Note, it is possible to take a shower at the studio.

The room is located in the premises of the Integraler Yoga Heidelberg, in the Kurfürsten-Anlage 58, just in front of Heidelberg Hbf.
Note that the MAIN ENTRANCE is on the BACK of the BUILDING and the YOGA STUDIO is ONLY ACCESSIBLE from a door located few meters on the RIGHT SIDE in respect to the MAIN ENTRANCE.
Once in the building, enter the first door on your left side, take the stairs up to the first floor and follow the signs of the Integraler Yoga Heidelberg.
The studio is located at the end of a long corridor that will first lead you to the toilets/shower/changing room and at the very end, to the studio.
You can either leave your stuff in the lockers in the changing room or in the studio just before the yoga room.

Parking is possible either just in front of the building in the Kurfürsten-Anlage or in the back of the building in the Kirchstrasse.
