NOTE: If you are new to the Ashtanga Yoga practice, please book first a Private Yoga Class with me.
The Private Yoga Class is included in the monthly membership.

The Mysore style class is a space of self-practice and self-exploration within the frame of the Ashtanga yoga sequence.
During the class, the students will practice at their own pace and according to their personal needs.
The teacher will hold the space for each student and support any level of practice with specific hands-on adjustments.

Beginner students are welcomed to start their Ashtanga Yoga journey in the Mysore style setting.
No previous experience in the field of yoga is required, neither a specific level of flexibility but the curiosity to discover new ways to move the body and to awaken its potential through the breath.

The room is open from 6 to 9 am and the students are free to join at any time suits them best, according to the length of their practice and the energy of the day.

The building is located in the Bergheimerstrasse 147, just in front of the tram stop Betriebshof, inside the Landfried complex.

The aim of the Private Yoga Class is to provide a 75 minutes space completely tailor-made on the needs of the student within the frame of the Ashtanga Yoga practice but not limited to that.

The class could span from working on specific yoga poses to developing specific skills such as arm balances and handstands.
Body awareness, mobilization and breathing exercises are also offered.

A therapeutic approach to the class is offered in case of injuries of chronic pain.

Cancellation is only possible up to 12 hours prior to the class, otherwise the entire amount will be charged.

Rolfing® (aka Structural Integration) is a massage technique based on the manipulation of fascia (Faszien) that provides a more defined map of the body and supports the process of uncovering new possibilities of movement and of being.
Rolfing® is based on a series of 10 sessions of ca. 2 hours each and during each session a specific part of the body is addressed.
The goal is to provide a new and better alignment in gravity, more freedom of movement and a deeper awareness of the body.
