General terms of Structural Integration & Ashtanga Yoga in Heidelberg
1. Registration:
The general terms and conditions are applicable to yoga classes.
By participating in a yoga class or workshop, the person agrees to the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to any membership and class pass and Rolfing SI & Ashtanga Yoga in Heidelberg reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Pricing:
The yoga classes fee is due on the day of participation prior to the start of the class or afterwards by cash or by bank transfer.
Memberships and drop-in subscriptions are not transferable to other person.
3. Participation:
It is the responsibility of the participant to yoga classes to ensure a safe and sound psychological and physical condition.
In the case of acute physical or psychological issues, the participant should clarified with a specialist whether it is appropriate to take part into yoga classes.
Participation in any yoga class is completely under the responsibility of the participant.
4. Liability:
The premises of Rolfing SI & Ashtanga Yoga in Heidelberg are used by the participants at their own risk. Rolfing SI & Ashtanga Yoga in Heidelberg (Ilde Mancini Lombardi and other course instructors) does not take any liability on any valuable object lost by the participants.
5. Schedule:

The participants can take part to any yoga class at any time provided the maximum number of participants is not exceeded. Yoga courses cannot always be guaranteed for sufficient places.
In the event of illness, vacation or other hindrance of the course instructor, an attempt will be made to find a substitute. In the case this is not possible, the class will be cancelled and the participants will be given the possibility to take the missed class on a later time point.
The participants agree that memberships or drop-in classes that have been paid will not be refunded.
Yoga classes will not take place on public holidays and Rolfing SI & Ashtanga Yoga in Heidelberg reserves the right to close the studio for 2 weeks during the Christmas vacation and for 2 weeks during the summer vacation.

All personal data will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties.
