Are you looking to take your yoga practice to another level? If so, come and experience the healing power of the Ashtanga practice.

This series is intended for those looking to experience the magic of Ashtanga. Previous Ashtanga or yoga experience is not required.
Classes are filled with posture breakdowns, alignment cues, and variations to modify poses that may be new or currently inaccessible with hands-on adjustments.
Following the traditional Ashtanga method, the classes in this series are designed to build upon each other. Each section including sun salutation, fundamental asana, primary series, and closing sequence will be introduced and taught separately and on the sixth day the final class threads them together into one beautifully fluid and energizing sequence.
