DESCRIPTION: Let's use exercise as a force for good!

This special Booty & Core class will focus on strengthening your body and fundraising at the same time!
This feel good class will focus on your glutes, legs and deep core muscles.  
You can choose at what level you participate - you will leave the studio feeling envigorated and great!

The proceeds of this class will go to Beit el Baraka an NGO that is very active and supporting on the ground in Libanon and helping all the families/people in need and displaced (we could also do another one based on what you prefer based on the below proposal).
