DESCRIPTION: Join me for a 75-minute Candlelight Soundbath every Friday evening at 8 pm in the heart of Palma (in English/German).

Class description
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival and a short grounding practice to help you land in the moment. Then, you'll be invited to find a comfortable position and simply receive the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. In this intimate setting, the gentle flicker of candles and the sounds help calm the nervous system, soften the body and connect with a moment of calm amidst the vibrant pace of Mallorca. You don’t need any experience — just come as you are, in comfy clothes.

We are all a work in progress — and sometimes, the most powerful work is done in stillness.

Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

Please note:
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or use a pacemaker or any other implanted medical device, please consult your healthcare provider before attending the sound bath. The vibrations and sounds may affect certain conditions.

I prepare each session with care and limit the number of spots to keep the experience intimate — thank you for respecting the time and energy that goes into creating this space.

By signing up, you agree to the following:
· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class will be charged a late cancellation fee of €10
· No-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€15)
