DESCRIPTION: We’ll begin with a gentle arrival and a short grounding practice to help you land in the moment. Then, you'll be invited to find a comfortable position and simply receive the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. In this intimate setting, the gentle flicker of candles and the sounds help calm the nervous system, soften the body and connect with a moment of calm amidst the vibrant pace of Mallorca. You don’t need any experience, just comfy clothes.

Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

Please read before booking:
Do not attend if you have had a fracture in the last 12 weeks.
Contact me before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, a heart condition, epilepsy, PTSD, panic attacks, or any history of psychosis. These conditions can significantly affect your experience and I want to make sure we find the best approach for you.

· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class will be charged a late cancellation fee of €10
· No-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€20)
