DTEND;TZID=Europe/Madrid:20260925T210000
LOCATION:Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, 07013 Palma
DESCRIPTION: This class takes place at Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, Palma.
Please note: this special sound bath is €25 (instead of €20); bonos can also be used, with a €5 supplement payable in cash at the studio.

The session will begin with a brief explanation of the evening and the effect of sound, followed by a short grounding moment to arrive in the space and notice the breath and body. This is to help you land in the moment and to prepare the body to find stillness.

The sound bath can be enjoyed seated or laying down (mats, bolsters, blankets and pillows are all available at the studio). The sound bath is a carefully composed soundscape using handmade Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, wind chimes, and other acoustic instruments. Sometimes songs might be used as well.

This session is longer than usual as we have a full moon. The sound bath will be slightly longer than the usual Friday sessions and after the sound bath we will journal and pull tarot/oracle cards (it's not a reading, we just use the cards as support/a tool to journal and connect with your intuition).

Every session is different and a personal experience, depending on how well you've slept, what's currently going on in your life. As sound and vibrations work on your body and brain. For some participants it might be deeply relaxing, others might feel energized.

No previous experience is needed. Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.
