New to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations? This class offers detailed guidance on postures, including various adaptations for different body types and anatomies. We practice in a small group; you’re invited to be curious, ask questions, and engage in a friendly dialogue, creating a supportive workshop atmosphere where learning and connection come first. No experience needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Mats are available on request.

· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class will be charged a late cancellation fee of €10
· No-shows (without cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€15)
