DESCRIPTION: Ease into your weekend with 75 minutes of mindful movement, breath, presence and connection in the calm of our indoor studio in the heart of Palma.

We’ll begin with a gentle moment to arrive, checking in with body, mind, and breath, before moving into an energizing, playful Vinyasa Flow. The class is open to all levels and offers space to explore at your own pace, with plenty of options and guidance along the way.

Classes are kept small, so each participant is truly seen. This allows me to offer personalized cues, hands-on support (if welcome), and variations that meet you exactly where you are.

Expect a light-hearted, playful atmosphere, clear cues and a grounded start to your Saturday, whether you're new to yoga or already have a steady practice.

Mats are available on request.

· Cancellations within 12 hours of class will be charged a late cancellation fee of €10
· No-shows (without cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€20)
