A balanced practice that combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep stillness of Yin Yoga. We begin with mindful sequences to awaken the body, build strength, and connect breath with movement. The class ends with longer-held Yin postures designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. Ideal for cultivating energy, balance, and overall well-being.
