DESCRIPTION: This class takes place at Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, Palma.
Please note: this special sound bath is €25 (instead of €20); bono/mensualidad can also be used, with a €5 supplement payable in cash at the studio.

The session will begin with a brief explanation of the evening and the effect of sound, followed by a short grounding moment to arrive in the space and notice the breath and body. This is to help you land in the moment and to prepare the body to find stillness.

Followed by a moment to journal around the themes of the new moon.

The sound bath can be enjoyed seated or laying down (mats, bolsters, blankets and pillows are all available at the studio). The sound bath is a carefully composed soundscape using handmade Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, wind chimes, and other acoustic instruments. Sometimes songs might be used as well.

Every session is different and a personal experience, depending on how well you've slept, what's currently going on in your life. As sound and vibrations work on your body and brain. For some participants it might be deeply relaxing, others might feel energized.

Afterwards you'll have time to pull tarot and oracle cards. This is not a reading, but we'll use the cards as a tool to turn inward, connect with our intuition and gain perspective.

No previous experience is needed. Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

A note on sound: Studio Oasis is located in central Palma, so ambient city sounds (voices, traffic, etc.) may occasionally be audible during your session. This is a natural part of the sound bath experience; rather than aiming for total silence, we invite you to let any outside sounds pass by and use them as an anchor to return to the present moment.

Please read before booking:
Do not attend if you have had a fracture in the last 12 weeks.
Contact me before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, a heart condition, epilepsy, PTSD, panic attacks, or any history of psychosis. These conditions can significantly affect your experience and I want to make sure we find the best approach for you.
