We’ll begin the circle with a moment to arrive and tune into the energy of the new moon — a time often associated with new beginnings, intention-setting, and planting seeds for what’s to come.

From there, we move into a gentle Yin Yoga practice, supported by sound. Through longer-held postures and subtle sound elements, the body is invited to soften and release, creating space both physically and mentally. This part of the practice encourages stillness and allows you to turn inward.

After the Yin practice, you’ll be invited to lie down and fully relax for an sound bath. Using Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, a drum, and other carefully selected instruments, the sound journey supports the body and mind in settling into a deeply restful state, allowing for integration and deeper relaxation.

We’ll close the morning together with a relaxed brunch.
