Offers a gentle, grounding start into your day and weekend with a calming blend of gentle stretches, long-held poses, and quiet moments of stillness. Inspired by Yin Yoga, it focuses on slowing down, releasing tension, and creating space, both in your body and in your mind.

We’ll move slowly and mindfully, using gravity and the support of the earth rather than lots of props. Supported by the natural soundtrack of the water, this practice invites you to arrive, slow down, unwind and reconnect; with yourself and the elements around you.

Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!

I prepare each class with care and bring a limited number of mats to the beach—thank you for respecting the time and energy behind it.
