Hi, I'm Evy — the face (and smile) behind Work in Progress Yoga. I teach yoga, Pilates, sound baths, and Reiki with a grounded yet playful approach that encourages curiosity and connection. With over 800 hours of training and more than six years of teaching experience, my classes invite you to meet yourself where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether we're flowing, pausing, or resting, my goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and real. Come as you are; we’re all a work in progress.
Description
A dynamic and fluid practice where movement is synchronized with the breath. Through creative and mindful sequences, we work on strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration, creating a form of meditation in motion. Each class invites you to connect with your body, release tension, and cultivate energy and presence. Ideal for all levels, with options to adapt the practice as needed.
By signing up, you agree to the following:
· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class or no-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€20)

Class description
This 75-minute morning class offers a gentle, grounding start into your day and weekend with a calming blend of gentle stretches, long-held poses, and quiet moments of stillness. Inspired by Yin Yoga, it focuses on slowing down, releasing tension, and creating space, both in your body and in your mind.

Description
Drop In: 25€
By signing up, you agree to the following:
· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class or no-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€25)
