Description
This class takes place at Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, Palma.
A slower, more grounded practice where we hold postures a little longer, breathe a little deeper, and give the body time to actually arrive. Hatha is a great space to build strength and flexibility at a steady pace, whether you're new to yoga or looking to slow things down.

Class description
This 75-minute morning class offers a gentle, grounding start into your day and weekend with a calming blend of gentle stretches, long-held poses, and quiet moments of stillness. Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!

Marianela Cacciavillani
By signing up, you agree to the following:
· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class or no-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€20)

Hi, I'm Evy — the face (and smile) behind Work in Progress Yoga. I teach yoga, Pilates, sound baths, and Reiki with a grounded yet playful approach that encourages curiosity and connection. With over 800 hours of training and more than six years of teaching experience, my classes invite you to meet yourself where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether we're flowing, pausing, or resting, my goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and real. Come as you are; we’re all a work in progress.
Description
This class takes place at Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, Palma.
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival and a short grounding practice to help you land in the moment. Then, you'll be invited to find a comfortable position and simply receive the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. In this intimate setting, the gentle flicker of candles and the sounds help calm the nervous system, soften the body and connect with a moment of calm amidst the vibrant pace of Mallorca. You don’t need any experience, just comfy clothes.
Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.
Please read before booking:
Do not attend if you have had a fracture in the last 12 weeks.
Contact me before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, a heart condition, epilepsy, PTSD, panic attacks, or any history of psychosis. These conditions can significantly affect your experience and I want to make sure we find the best approach for you.
