Description
This class takes place at Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, Palma.
A slower, more grounded practice where we hold postures a little longer, breathe a little deeper, and give the body time to actually arrive. Hatha is a great space to build strength and flexibility at a steady pace, whether you're new to yoga or looking to slow things down.

Description
This class takes place at Studio Oasis, Carrer de Caro 21, Palma.
The session will begin with a brief explanation of the evening and the effect of sound, followed by a short grounding moment to arrive in the space and notice the breath and body. This is to help you land in the moment and to prepare the body to find stillness.
The sound bath can be enjoyed seated or laying down (mats, bolsters, blankets and pillows are all available at the studio). The sound bath is a carefully composed soundscape using handmade Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, wind chimes, and other acoustic instruments. Sometimes songs might be used as well.
Every session is different and a personal experience, depending on how well you've slept, what's currently going on in your life. As sound and vibrations work on your body and brain. For some participants it might be deeply relaxing, others might feel energized.
No previous experience is needed. Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.
A note on sound: Studio Oasis is located in central Palma, so ambient city sounds (voices, traffic, etc.) may occasionally be audible during your session. This is a natural part of the sound bath experience; rather than aiming for total silence, we invite you to let any outside sounds pass by and use them as an anchor to return to the present moment.
Please read before booking:
Do not attend if you have had a fracture in the last 12 weeks.
Contact me before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, a heart condition, epilepsy, PTSD, panic attacks, or any history of psychosis. These conditions can significantly affect your experience and I want to make sure we find the best approach for you.
By signing up, you agree to the following:
· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class or no-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€20)

We’ll move slowly and mindfully, using gravity and the support of the earth rather than lots of props. Supported by the natural soundtrack of the water, this practice invites you to arrive, slow down, unwind and reconnect; with yourself and the elements around you.
Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!
I prepare each class with care and bring a limited number of mats to the beach. Thank you for respecting the time and energy behind it.
By signing up, you agree to the following:
· Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class
· Cancellations within 12 hours of class or no-shows (without any cancellation) will be charged the full class fee (€15) or will lose their drop-in.
If you requested a yoga mat, please cancel early if you can’t make it so someone else can use it.

Evy de Malsche
Hi, I'm Evy — the face (and smile) behind Work in Progress Yoga. I teach yoga, Pilates, sound baths, and Reiki with a grounded yet playful approach that encourages curiosity and connection. With over 800 hours of training and more than six years of teaching experience, my classes invite you to meet yourself where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether we're flowing, pausing, or resting, my goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and real. Come as you are; we’re all a work in progress.
