DESCRIPTION: This Vinyasa flow will start your morning off right! The class combines breath, movement, and stretch to work into a peak pose at the end of class. We always finish class with Savasana. Expect nothing less of feeling amazing and being ready to take on the day. This class is for a levels and is 60 minutes.
