DESCRIPTION: Monday nights are strength nights at Studio Seven6 Yoga! Meet us in the studio and on the mat for Power Yoga Sculpt.
The class combines a traditional yoga flow with added strength for the upper and lower body, as well as the core. Instructor may have you use weights, bands, sliders, and/or blocks. 
Normal studio temperature and bring water!
