DESCRIPTION: Calm.Rest.Restore the body and mind with this slow, quiet practice of a conscious relaxation. Class will consist of 5-6 different poses to “rest” in. It’s such a wonderful class to slow down a fast paced life and reset your central nervous system. 
Class is 1 hour 15 minutes. All levels.
