Tiziana Mombelli, our successful and beloved Pilates trainer moved to Germany in September. On Monday 1 November she will give a Special ZOOM Class from her new workplace for ALL Pilates lovers at Studio Zuid. The class is accessible for beginners and advanced practitioners. Tiziana will guide you with her natural flair and enthusiasm through all the movements and gives adjustments for beginners and advanced students.
