DESCRIPTION: Join us for a special Full Moon edition of our Saturday morning yoga class. 

This 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa Flow will be an opportunity to pause, move, breathe, and reconnect beneath the energy of the full moon. We'll weave themes of reflection and intention throughout our practice, creating space to notice what feels worth celebrating, what you're ready to release, and what you'd like to carry forward.

After class, you'll receive a full moon reflection card with prompts to continue your intention-setting practice at home in your own time.
