We will be diving deep in creating a vision for our lives in 2022…using meditation, and visualisation to create a Vision Board you can take home and look at every day. Helping us to lovingly create healthy habits and inspired action in our daily lives.
A gentle yoga flow, followed by the relaxing sounds of the healing crystal bowls and magical handpan. We will lunch with a nutritious and delicious feast surrounded by like-minded people 😊
