Covering emotional and physical changes - support and relationships and lots more. A group to focus on YOU while you focus on baby.

A three part course for new parents with Lauren from HEY BABY AND BEYOND! 
You couldn't be in safer hands with Lauren who is a qualified antenatal and postnatal teacher (NCT trained and qualified) and mama of 4!

These sessions will consist of structured group chats and activity’s all while mum gets to sit and feed or cuddle baby Includes a hot drink and biscuits in a calming environment.
