DESCRIPTION: Join Sarah from The Wellbeing Company who will be delivering a workshop for all the mini warriors out there! (Ages 3-10)

Drop your small human off while they enjoy a few hours of fun, relaxation and mindfulness. This workshop is themed around self love and self acceptance as we approach Valentine's Day...teaching the children the importance of championing ourselves and building self worth.
All whilst you get a few hours of peace to go for lunch or have some self care time yourself!

Sarah is a children's yoga teacher who is fully CRB checked and runs a children's yoga programme in schools across Tameside.

At Sunshine and Soul Studio your mat and any additional props are all included in the price...simply turn up and relax!
