DESCRIPTION: This community charity event is an ongoing monthly gathering aimed at bringing together members of the local community to support various local charitable causes, starting with Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.

The first evening will be on Friday 7th April at Sunshine & Soul Studio in Stalybridge.

Join us for a  sound healing evening with Ben. A restorative and rejuvenating experience promoting a sense of peace, relaxation, and well-being. The vibrations produced by the instruments used help balance the body's energy centers & promote a sense of calm and relaxation.

The event organised by Ben & Sunshine & Soul is free and any donations are optional.
