DESCRIPTION: oin us for a heart opening evening as we share cacao and sound healing in ceremony with
 Ben & Laura @ Sunshine & Soul Studio 

The evening will consist of an opening circle accompanied by cacao, followed by a guided meditation before we go journey through an immersive sound bath, followed by herbals teas and a chance to connect. 

The vibrations produced by the instruments used help balance the body's energy centers & promotes deep healing and a sense of calm and relaxation.

At Sunshine and Soul Studio your mat and any additional props are all included in the price...simply turn up with your beautiful self and relax!
