DESCRIPTION: NOT JUST A MUM CLUB are for mums who would love to begin or get back into fitness, but do not have time with their little ones to get to a class - now you can bring them with you and enjoy the class together!

You will move your body through various programmed exercises which will also help your mental health and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies!

You will build strength, stretch and relax whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)

Mama Stretch &amp; Sound

A gentle, nurturing class designed to support postnatal mums and their babies in a calm, welcoming space.

This session combines slow, intuitive stretches to release common areas of tension (shoulders, neck, back, hips and wrists), grounding breathwork, and a short sound healing journey to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The class finishes with time to stay for a brew and a chat.

This is a relaxed, non-performance-based space. Feeding, rocking, moving around, resting or stepping outside as needed is completely welcome.

No previous yoga, Pilates or sound healing experience is required.

Important Information &amp; Contraindications

This class includes sound healing using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and gentle vocal toning

Sound healing is generally safe and gentle; however, please read the following carefully:
•	If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
• If you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or severe heart condition, please seek medical advice prior to booking.
• If you are experiencing severe mental health distress, psychosis, or are currently in a period of acute emotional instability, sound healing may feel intense and should be approached with professional guidance.
• Sound healing can occasionally bring up emotional release. You are always free to sit up, step outside, or stop at any time.
• Volume levels will be kept gentle and appropriate for mums and babies, but you are encouraged to position yourself further from instruments if needed.
• Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postnatal (or 12 weeks following a caesarean) and have been cleared for gentle movement.
• ⁠If you are experiencing pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, unresolved abdominal separation, dizziness or pain, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

By booking, you acknowledge these guidelines and take responsibility for your own wellbeing and that of your baby during the session.

Children are welcome to be present during this event, but they must remain under your supervision at all times. Please note that Sunshine and Soul Studio is not responsible for their safety, and you accept full responsibility for their well-being &amp;amp; safety while on the premises or at any events with us.
