In this immersive experience, you’ll be guided to relax and reconnect as gentle instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and rainsticks - mimic the rhythms of the natural world. Think rustling leaves, bird calls & healing frequencies woven into a harmonious soundscape 🎶

This is your time to rest, release stress, and allow your mind, body, and spirit to return to balance. No experience needed, just come as you are, lie back, and let the sounds of nature wash over you.

Please bring something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, and water.
