DESCRIPTION: Yoga moves to disco grooves! Grab your mat, leg warmers and glow stix as we blame our feel good on the yoga boogie! 

Combining dance floor moves with the yoga postures we’ll spend an hour flowing with the choons before  taking some time to relax into the weekend. 

Friday nights on your yoga mat won’t be the same again. Suitable for all yogis, come and dance like no one is watching and get your zen on at the same time too.
