DESCRIPTION: Join me in the Malachite Studio at The Loft to relax and luxuriate in Yin and Restorative Yoga poses to ease the mind and body. 
These two hour sessions give us a chance to spend more time in the postures that work deep to nourish the body and ease that deep tension.
We will also include do some meditation rounded off with a delightful Yoga Nidra which will set you up for a calming, restful weekend. 
Suitable for all yogis and is suitable for beginners too.
