DESCRIPTION: It ‘twas the Sunday before Christmas and all through Prana Yoga Studio not a yogi was stirring… And you know the rest of the story. 

This workshop is designed to give you some rest, relaxation sprinkled with a little fun in amongst the lead up to the festive season. We will shake it out with some disco/dance yoga ('cause you have to dance at Christmas), followed by some calm heart meditation with a slow seasonal flow and relax-Yin yoga rounded off with Yoga Nidra.  


Spaces are limited in the studio and it will be online too by request.
