DESCRIPTION: As the sun sets over the beautiful Lanarkshire countryside side, enjoy a relaxing stretch to ease you into the weekend at The Wellness Boutique. 

Yin yoga is slow - the antidote to our busyness. Find comfort and ease in your body that you might not have experienced before as we marinate and luxuriate in the poses. It’s suitable for everyone from complete beginner to the experienced yogi. 

The two hour session starts with a grounding breath practice before releasing tension in the whole body. A meditation or yoga nidra will round off our time together as the sun sets and the weekend stretches out in front of you. 

You time is a must, this investment in your self care is £25.

Bring a blanket, your mat if you have one and a drink.
