In this workshop we will use all the concepts taken from the first workshop to explore how to turn your practice around , using progression drills to learn where you can personally develop a greater understanding of your body, overcome fear and empoer yourself to trust your strength. With the understanding of basic techniques this workshop will give you all the necessary tools learn to go upside down in a safe supported environment.
