DESCRIPTION: Join us for this special winter solstice session as we acknowledge the longest night of the year and look towards the gradual return of longer days. We'll begin with a restorative yin yoga session followed by the beautiful sounds from Phoebe's Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and drums. We'll finish with an offering of a warm Chai and chat for those that wish to stay a little longer.
