DESCRIPTION: Join us as we say farewell to winter and celebrate the official arrival of Spring. Rach and Bridget will guide you through a Yin and Yang focused yoga movement session to acknowledge the shift of seasons and invite awareness of the benefits of both aspects of yoga practice. This will be followed by the beautiful sounds of Pheobe's crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and drums. We'll wrap with a warming brew and chat for those that wish to stay on longer.
