DESCRIPTION: Join us for our final session of 2024 for our popular Sound Bath Series. Rach will guide you through a Yin and Yang focused yoga movement session to invite awareness of the benefits of both aspects of yoga practice. This will be followed by the beautiful sounds of Pheobe's crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and drums. We'll wrap with a warming brew and chat for those that wish to stay on longer.
