About Qinergy shiatsu & yoga

I am a shiatsu therapist and Traditional Chinese Medicine is my passion. In my classes I focus on making you aware of your own internal (organ) system. I use yin (slow and soft) and yang (more active) yoga and also Qigong. In my classes you will learn how to work with the meridians in your body, what they stand for. You will learn how to use your internal organ system to release stress, stagnation and allow emotions freely to move. You will feel more connected, softer and relaxed.
