DESCRIPTION: This Solstice let's join together in a healing field of Crystalline Resonance and Gentle Yoga. 

Aligning with the solstice energies and the budding summer of 2021 we embrace the Light within, ground into Embodiment, and explore the sacredness of Being in the Moment.

Kari will lead gentle yoga asana and breath work to center the self and open our energies for a deep restorative yoga practice while Jvala Moonfire bathes us in the healing frequencies of Mantra and Crystal Singing Bowls, realigning us with the seat of Presence within.
