DESCRIPTION: A Special New Year's Eve candlelit session of Flow Jams to close 2021. What a crazy year it has been.

Flow Jams begins with breath work and a sincere warm up, followed by a slow but strong vinyasa flow easing into an ample restorative session for dessert. All to music.

Some knowledge of yoga poses is helpful. This class is designed for yoga practitioners at the Intermediate level. But don't let that scare you, modifications and options will be provided.

Bring your own mat, water, and props that you like.  Blanket, blocks, & a strap are recommended. Bring what you have.
