Modifications and variations are given to meet you where you are at on the mat. Each week we explore different themes approaching the practice from the mental, emotional and physical body, weaving the practice on the mat into our daily life.

Bring any props you have. Not always needed, but good to have at least one block, a strap (preferably 8-10 ft) and a blanket for class.
